4111 or 4444?

Ang yabang ko!!!

While in the panrty during my lunch, I overheard two relatively new agents talking.

Guy: "Hirap nung issue ko..." (and he continues to explain it to the girl)
Girl: "Hindi ka tumawag ng helpdesk?" (note: helpdesk ng account na to ha?)
Guy: "Eh, walang kwenta naman sila eh. Wala ring naitulong."
Girl: "Kung sabagay, kung minsan parang galit pa. Lalo na yung mga lalake." (and they proceeded to share their experiences when calling the helpdesk)

In fairness, I call them too. But only when I need help in the policies. Pero kung minsan, magulo pa rin.

Walang tatalo sa Helfdesk 4111!!!
